Dynamic Training  is the perfect combination of soccer training, coaching and strength training to give your fitness and game a boost!  Designed as an 8-week, semi-private, progressive program for the first or second year Academy Student  this high-level program includes over 20 hours of Academy Series Coaching on the field.

Besides the fact that the program is fully soccer-specific, what sets this program apart is its semi-private, strength and conditioning format.  Limited to an 16:5 (player to coach) ratio, each player will go through the Academy Series topics within the Academy twice a week.

Never before has the Academy offered such high-intensity coaching with a focus on technical soccer skills –all the while players have the time and energy to take their game to the next level.  Players will experience our high-level coaching in our indoor field (air-conditioned) with some of the best players in the area.  The unique format allows for the player to get everything they need to take their game to the next level!
